CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Yes, you have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

THE PRODUCT IS CONSIDERED ORIGINAL WHEN...

It has not been worn or used. That’s why we recommend trying Gentiluomo shoes only on soft surfaces, such as carpet, without wearing them outdoors.

The product must not be dirty, damaged, or altered.

It must be returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Simply submit a written withdrawal from the contract — via email at: office@gentiluomomilano.com or by mail. You may send the product back to the store: ul. Ostródzka 195F/5, 03-289 Warsaw, preferably with proof of purchase.

If the return takes place within 14 days of receiving the item, please contact our Customer Support Team to begin the return or exchange process.

We recommend including the reason for your return and, if possible, photos of the item — this can speed up the process. If the return is accepted, simply pack and send the product back to the given address. The customer covers return costs and shipping risk.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Yes — discounted products are also returnable, as long as they are unused. They must be in unworn condition, just like any other returned product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal. The refund will be issued via the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
